**Not for use during pregnancy. Not to be taken for more than 14 consecutive days (a sleep problem that persists longer than 2 weeks should be looked into a doctor.) This tea should not be used in conjunction with anti-depressants/MAO inhibitors, sedatives, or anti-convulsants.
